FINAL ORDER AND PUBLIC REPORT

 

The State of Florida Commission on Ethics, meeting in public session on October 24, 2014, adopted in full the Recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, neither the Advocate nor the Respondent having filed any exception to the Recommended Order. A copy of the Recommended Order is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Accordingly, the Commission finds that the Respondent, as a member of the City Council of Live Oak, Florida, did not violate Section 112.313(6), Florida Statutes.
