FINAL ORDER ON RESPONDENT'S PETITION

FOR COSTS AND ATTORNEY'S FEES

 

 

 

      This matter came before the Commission on Ethics for final action on review of the Recommended Order of the Hearing Officer on Respondent's Petition for Costs and Attorney's Fees (a copy of which is attached and incorporated by reference).  Neither the Respondent nor the Complainant filed exceptions to the Recommended Order.      Having reviewed the Recommended Order and the record of the hearing on which that order was based, the Commission hereby adopts the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommended final action of the Recommended Order.  Accordingly, the Commission denies the Respondent's Petition for Costs and Attorney's Fees.
