The Commission publishes a variety of materials intended to inform public officials and the public, generally, about Florida's ethics laws and about the operations of the Ethics Commission. Listed below are documents available from our web site.
The Commission publishes a brochure that generally describes the provisions in Florida's ethics laws as well as the processes of the Ethics Commission, entitled Guide to the Sunshine Amendment and the Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees (PDF format).
