Electronic filing system has launched! All financial disclosure forms (Form 6, 6X, 6F, and Form 1, 1X, and 1F) must be filed electronically. The Commission no longer promulgates paper forms. If you have not already registered in EFDMS, visit disclosure.floridaethics.gov. Click the "I am a Filer" button, and then the "Request Registration Email" button. Enter your email address provided by your coordinator. Once you register and create a username and password, you can log into EFDMS to electronically complete and file your financial disclosure form.
