FINAL ORDER DISMISSING PETITION
FOR COSTS AND ATTORNEY’S FEES

This matter came before the State of Florida Commission on Ethics, meeting in public session on December 4, 2009, pursuant to the Recommended Order of the Division of Administrative Hearings' Administrative Law Judge rendered in this matter on October 22, 2009.  The parties were notified of their right to file exceptions to the Recommended Order, which neither did, and the matter is now before the Commission for final agency action.

The Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Respondent's petition be dismissed.

The Commission hereby adopts in full as its final order the Recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge, which is attached and incorporated
by reference.

Accordingly, the Commission finds that the Complainant (J. Curtis Boyd) is not liable to the Respondent (Christine Coke) for costs and attorney's fees and dismisses the Respondent's petition with prejudice.

ORDERED by the State of Florida Commission on Ethics meeting in public session on Friday, December 4, 2009.
